Friendly Visitors makes me Stop and Think

Image
Living in Eatonville Washington is very different than Queen Creek Arizona or even Las Vegas where we lived before Arizona. Ryan and I both loved the landscape of the Southwest! We could never get enough of the palm trees and beautiful mesa's but you can not deny the beauty that is here in WA. Eatonville Washington is out in the country! I am a city girl and will always be a city girl but I do enjoy to be out of the busy streets and crazyiness and be able to enjoy the sweet blessings of Nature. At Ryan's parents house there are visitors everyday that come by and stop on through their yard. They seem to not even notice that we are there and stop and have a snack or two and move on there merry way! This particular visitor walked right by me only a few feet in front and gave me a quick glance as she went on to feed in the back yard! Here they are the sweet little family out front Here they are headed to the back and in the backyard enjoying the beautiful morning Even though Ryan...

Be Mine

I am a little behind with writing about Valentines Day! I started work this week and getting back into the routine has made me really tired! I am working on changing my habits from going to bed at 11:00 and getting up at 8-9 to going to bed at 9 and waking up at 6:30. It is a good thing though, I am very blessed and not complaining. Last week Ryan and I were downtown Seattle doing some paper work at an agency and then we went and visited his grandma. I thought we were going to head home but he surprised me with a date to Iver's fish house! This place is the best seafood restaurant right on the water! He wanted to take me out while we were downtown since one of my FAVORITE cousin's was coming from Pullman WA to visit for the weekend with her four sons and little girl on the way! Her oldest son was Wyatt ( the one that we took around all over in Vegas back in April, the life size drawing). He was so excited to see us and we had so much fun! Here are a few shots of the Restaurant...

Joys of BEING around FAMILY

Image
Being here in Eatonville Washington now for almost a month has been so wonderful! The past seven years of marriage Ryan and I have missed out on so many things when it comes to being with family. We have missed out on activities for his younger siblings, Sunday family dinners, birthdays and holidays! It has been so nice to be here for some of these things and Ryan and I have tried to do as much as we can! Just before we got here it was Ryan’s little brothers 17th birthday. We wanted to do something with him since we were finally here in Washington. We asked him where he would like to go to eat for his birthday! He is just like his older brother and chose Outback Steakhouse! It is always amazing to me the similarities that him and Ryan have even though Ryan has been out of the house now since Drew was 8 years old. We took him to Outback and he got a big steak with mashed potatoes and we enjoyed the traditional Bloomin Onion! Here is Drew enjoying his yummy BIRTHDAY DINNER The next day w...

When we got to San Fransico my camera was dead so during the day I had my girlfriends taking lots of pictures of the Warf and such so I am patiently waiting for those pictures to come via email and then I can finish the post for California. I have the ones of Ryan and I with the Golden Gate Bridge but I will just wait to post those till I have all the pictures! Soo.........I am going to go on and blog our trip in Oregon! I have to say that Ryan has told me over and over how beautiful the Oregon Coast is and I believed him but just couldnt imagine it! I love the California coast and I just love the beach and ocean in general. I was totally amazed how beautiful it truly is and how I love it even more than the California coast! I took a lot of photos so I am just going to post my favorites!! This was our first day up the Coast After we took these pictures this huge storm started coming in from the water and we got stuck in it. We then curved around and got ahead of it and we were able to ...
