OF BEING It's been a year of: Ok not the WHOLE year. Once I was off the CANDIDA diet of 8 months then doors of things began to open but until that time I said goodbye to: NO COOKIES for me! Oreo's ultimate FAVORITE! Now understand why gave me such a horrible stomach ache plus had to say bye for the sugar as well It was really hard to not have sugar for those 8 months and to not have my fav PANCAKES and SYRUP!! All my favorite cold cereals!! I always wondered why I got the worst stomach aches and gas but the wonderful taste along with cherrios mixed with it kept drawing me back for more! My Favorite thing to eat with lots of butter and honey! BREAD!!! My other love- PASTA!!! Lucky for me- I have found out this problem in an every growing population of others just like me and stores and restaurants are becoming GLUTEN FREE and more and more PRODUCTS are available. I am waiting for the $$$$$$ on them to go down but I will do what I got to do to be health...
