100th Post and Perfect Timing

Easter weekend- April 6,2008 I made my first post and started the world of blogging! I had some friends earlier tell me of their blogs and had asked me to join. I gave them the half smile and well........maybe remarks but in my head was saying NO WAY!!! What do I have to offer to the blogging world? The blogs that I had mostly seen were filled with the JOY of motherhood and well that's it! What would I have to offer and what would anyone want to get from mine if it wasnt filled with that??! A few months later I decided what the HECK, why not try and see if I can join this world and hopefully have something interesting to say that people would want to comment on and enjoy! Needless to say, blogging is not all what I thought it was and no not everyone blogs just about that one subject. Blogging has become an outlet for me! A place where I can share so many different feelings, adventures, thoughts, hurts, joys, new beginnings, and in return feel so much love! I NEVER knew how much joy I could get out of blogging and I never imagined how much support I would get from sharing some deep thoughts and concerns that weigh heavily on my mind! Blogging has been a place where FRIENDS and FAMILY all over the place are connected to me and are there to share EVERY moment that I am going through and it is such a blessing! I love going to other blogs and commenting and finding out what is going on with people I love and care for so much! I am so thankful for the wonderful technology that we have been blessed with so all of this can happen!!!

HAPPY 100th POST and to MANY MANY MORE!!!!!

PERFECT TIMING!!

I wanted to share this ALONG with my 100th post because the reason why we blog is because of family, friendship, love, caring and being there for one another. I mean we have our brag blog for those that love us to see right?

A couple of months ago I told a dear friend over the phone about an upcoming date that could bring bad news or good news for us and no matter what it was going to be an emotional day for Ryan and I. That date was a few weeks out from when I talked to that dear friend. The weeks went by and when Ryan and I got home that day I found this on our doorstep.

It was rolled up in a pretty bow with that sweet card. In the sweet card telling me how she was thinking of me and knew that no matter what the results that someday it would happen one way or another and gave me a beautiful THE FAMILY PROCLAMATION with a place for a family photo. She told me how she has one and each time her family changes she puts another updated photo in it. It was so thoughtful! I still need to go with her to pick out a frame! I am so excited to put our XMAS photo in it and of course to continue to change it out when our family changes! It touched my heart so much for someone to remember a hard time that I would be going through and wanted to let me know that she cared! Thank you, you sweet beautiful darling woman of God! I love you so much and you will NEVER know how much that made my day and continues to be an anchor for me everyday!

Another Perfect Timing incident came just a little bit ago. I was telling one of my friends about a hard day that was coming up and how I was looking forward to it because it was going to be wonderful but yet it was going to be so hard on me emotionally as well. I left it at that and didnt think twice about it. That ceratin day I woke up to a text from Ryan telling me to go outside and that there was something on the garage waiting for you!

I quickly got up and ran outside to see what it was! I was smiling from ear to ear! I had the most beautiful yellow roses popping out of a box with pie crusts, mints, green healthy mix and a card. The card just told me that she was thinking of me on this day and wanted to bring some sunshine to me and that she would be praying for me! She told me that she knew I had a hard time eating desserts but knew I loved pie crust so she got me the pie crust! So sweet! It was perfect!!! It seriously made my day and with her thinking of me and praying for me in the end I felt lifted up and carried and was able to endure and cast off the firery darts of Satan on me and was truly happy! I can not express enough how much it meant to me to have that!!! Another wonderful woman of God being inspired to help someone and make their burdens a little lighter! I am forever truly thankful and truly blessed! You helped me so much and will NEVER know the depth of what your actions did for me! I love you!!!!

Here is the sweet package! ( thank you sweet God Mother of my puppy, I love you!!!)

NEVER underestimate the power you can do for one another! NEVER underestimate what a little card, flower, note, or phone call can do to brighten someone's day! I am truly blessed! I am so thankful! The Lord definitly puts people in your life when you need it, to help you, comfort you and sustain you until we return back to him!

Happy 100th post! It was a tear jerker for sure. I'm so thankful for blogs. I can't imagine how bored and unconnected I'd be them. You have amazing friends and are an amazing friend. (there I go with that word again) Our friendship started with flowers, and I'm eternally grateful that you are able to hear the spirit, listen and act on it. I can't imagine my life without you. You've taught me so much in the little time we've had together. I'm starting to cry so I need to end the comment. I love you!!!

Happy 100th post, what a great post!!! I could not have said it better Karm, the blogging world is a beautiful world and what a blessing that we can all be connected but yet so many miles away from one another! Thank you for sharing those sweet random acts of kindness, it's a reminder of we need to follow those promptings when we receive them! Karm, I love you so much and you are an incredible daughter of God that is so loved by so many and I hope you feel this during your hard times.
