Christmas 2010 with family!
It was nice to be apart of the Traditional Christmas Eve dinner of Prime Rib, garlic mashed potatos, jello, rolls, salad, and yummy yummy desserts. We then had the traditional White Elephant Gift exchange. It was pretty funny to see what everyone brought and how most of the gifts were gifts that were around the house instead of bought.
Here are some pictures of the fun night!

Ryan surprised me with my XMAS gift a little early this year! I have talked to him over and over the past 7 years how much I love to go to the ballet. His response was always like- Yuck, I dont want to spend money on that! Well last year he wanted to take me to the Nutcraker but I had not expected it so I bought tickets for one of my Young Woman to go with me for her birthday. He told me he was bummed but I just figured it was an EASY way out! I was so wrong!
He has his first Friday night off in three months and we were both excited to do something together. I had NO idea what he had planned and was so SURPRISED by him!
I came home from work and found these!
Beautiful Roses
Then this:
A sweet letter with 2 tickets to the Nutcraker!
I was so SHOCKED, SURPRISED, and EXCITED!!!
He planned a BEAUTIFUL romantic dinner at SHUCKERS ( seafood place) and then we took off for the Seattle Center Marshall Hall.
The Nutcraker was the BEST! Ryan got us two seats all by ourselves in the balcony and it was PERFECT! He was attentive and had a good time doing something that I love! Afterwards he told me he really enjoyed it and was so glad that he took me! Being with him was so FUN! I have missed being with him at night since he took the night job so to be together was so PRECIOUS! I fell even more in LOVE with him that night!

This Christmas was pretty special with Family and the thoughtful gifts that we recieved. Being able to watch our Neice and Nephew open their gifts and feel the spirit of Santa. Last night when I got home I sat and thought about the most important gift that was given. The gift of the Savior. After everything that has transpired in the past few months I couldnt help but sit and cry as I thought of the sweet tender mercy that has been bestowed upon me because of his love, his life, and his sacrfice. How thankful I am for this Season. How thankful I am for his tender mercies that he shows me! His birth, his life, his ministry is TRULY the most important thing that has EVER happened. I hope after all the shopping, gift wrapping, gift recieving, and the anticipation of Santa we all took time to REALLY ponder the TRUE meaning of Christmas and what that TRULY means for you Personally! I usually hate this time of year but with my RESET of thinking that happened a few months ago I finally got it! This year was the BEST!
I hope everyone had a WONDERFUL, MERRY, and JOYFUL Christmas!
Love, the WENNERLINDS

Conner: "THERE'S HAYDEEZ! Why didn't he come see me for Christmas?"
Bryant: "How much longer does Karmann and Haydeez have to be gone from us?"
Bryant: "HOLY COW! Their t.v. has a fire coming out of it. How did they do that? Can we have a t.v. that has fire come out of it for when it's cold in the mornings?"
Conner: "Can we have Haydeez? I like his Christmas tree sweater!"
Conner: " I want that Thomas puzzle like that boy has."
Conner after seeing the Christmas tree. " Can the dog climb the tree like our cat? Can we have Haydeez?"
While finishing your blog I was ignoring Conner while he was asking me a bagillion questions. After I said yes to one of his questions I never listened to I hear him scream for joy saying, "BRYANT, MOMMY SAYS WE GET TO HAVE HAYDEEZ NEXT YEAR FOR CHRISTMAS! WE GET HAYZDEEZ." Opps. We sure missed you guys. Loved this post. Love that Ryan took you to the Nutcracker, that's true love. Miss you so much.
Loves to you!!!
